SURFBUS undertakes all adequate reasonable efforts to avoid the non-authorized or illegal use of the User’s personal data, as well as its loss, destruction or damage. However, SURFBUS may not give an absolute guarantee regarding Users’ data. SURFBUS safeguards the Users’ personal data, namely through the following means: (1) using Standard and Safe Communication Protocols; (2) using robust and safe passwords; (3) using Applicational Operations Logs in the Systems; (4) using encryption.

USER’S RIGHTS CONCERNING DATA
According to the Data Protection Law, the User has a right to obtain information regarding his or her own personal data. He or she has a right to know which personal data were processed by SURFBUS, being also entitled to ask SURFBUS to partially or entirely correct, complement, block or eliminate the data in situations where the data is incomplete, incorrect or irrelevant for processing.
